From the first company to the group

Verified milestones

  1. Alive Media

    Jonathan Ben Izebe founds Alive Media in Kinshasa, a communications agency dedicated to graphic design, photography and web development. It will become Atelier OCA, the group's creative company.

  2. OUENZE SARLU begins operations

    The Congolese company starts its activity in Kinshasa, commune of Gombe.

  3. Registration with the RCCM

    OUENZE SARLU is registered under number CD/KNG/RCCM/24-B-02304.

  4. Incorporation of OUENZE, CORP.

    The US entity is incorporated in Delaware to carry the group's international operations.

The phases ahead

  1. Foundation

    The legal entities, the group structure and its first creative company.

  2. Product development

    Building OUENZÉ Marketplace, OUENZÉ Food and their shared delivery capability; bringing Ma Maison à Moi into production.

  3. Market entry

    Commercial launch of the products, one at a time, when they are ready.

  4. Regional expansion

    Extension beyond Kinshasa, to the markets where the method has proven itself.

  5. New companies

    Creation of new companies and brands. They will be presented when they exist.
