Overview
Ma Maison à Moi is the real estate brand of OUENZÉ CORP. It keeps its name, its identity and its domain: an illustration of the principle that not every group company carries the OUENZÉ name.
The platform is in production. Inventory is starting, and online payment is not yet open. It is presented here for what it is: a service and a method, not a catalogue.
The problem
In Kinshasa, a property listing binds no one. A property can be listed by someone who does not own it, rented twice, or sold without a valid title. The risk falls entirely on the buyer and the tenant, and it weighs even more on the diaspora, which buys from a distance.
The method
Property visit: every listed property has been seen on site by a team, never from a forwarded photo.
Owner identification: the person listing the property is identified and linked to that property.
Title check: the ownership document is checked before publication. The property then carries its verification badge.
The scope
Rentals, purchases, plots, commercial real estate, and support for the diaspora that wants to buy or rent in Kinshasa without being there.
